How does the Date Controller collect and process your data?

Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill your requests for information and to send communications following your request, for a maximum of two years, unless events occur that require the involvement of competent authorities, possibly in collaboration with third parties/recipients entrusted with the Data Controller's data security, to investigate the causes of such events.
What are your rights?
Within the time limits set for the processing of your personal data, you have the right to always maintain control over your data. Your rights include:

- Portability.
Your rights are guaranteed without charge and without any particular formalities for the request, which is generally considered free of charge. You have the right to:

- Obtain the erasure, restriction of processing, or updating and rectification of your personal data. Your request will also be complied with by third parties/recipients who have received your data, unless overriding legitimate reasons prevent this (e.g., environmental investigations and risk containment managed by the Data Controller);
- Receive any useful communication regarding the activities carried out following the exercise of your rights without delay and, in any case, within one month of your request, unless an extension is duly communicated to you for up to two months.

To whom can you file a complaint?
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, you can file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which is the authority performing its duties and exercising its powers in Italy where you reside or work, or if different, in the Member State where the violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 occurred.
