CDP Venture Capital and CY4GATE (CY4.MI) announce the launch of Helmon, an innovative company designed to protect Italian SMEs from cyber threats.

With an end-to-end approach, Helmon provides advanced cybersecurity solutions, from risk assessment to attack recovery, and will also operate as a Managing General Agent (MGA) for cyber insurance distribution.

Led by Guglielmo Carsana, an expert in IT and insurance, Helmon starts with €3 million in resources, with the potential to grow up to €9.5 million.
